Room reservation amendment & refund guidelines
We understand plans can change during pilgrimage. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a 100% full refund (minus minimal payment gateway fees if applicable).
Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of check-in will incur a 1-night room charge penalty. Failure to show up without prior notification (No-Show) will result in complete forfeiture of the advance deposit.
You can request to reschedule your stay dates up to 24 hours prior to check-in at no extra charge, subject to room availability on the requested dates.
Approved refunds will be processed via original payment mode or direct UPI/Bank transfer within 5 to 7 working days.
